JD.ID will continue to develop its capabilities and is committed to providing the best, trusted, and reliable service for all customers in order for shopping activities to be easier, safer, and more comfortable, said Leo Haryono, Chief Marketing Officer of JD.ID, at the virtual media event held on Mar. 25 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The event was part of the company’s celebration of its fifth anniversary, which falls on Mar. 28. JD.ID is the e-commerce joint venture of JD.com in Indonesia.

“We are aware that the pandemic remains a headline this year, hence we continuously strive to maximize customers’ shopping experience so that they can shop comfortably and hassle-free from home. Reflecting on 2020, JD.ID experienced significant improvements across various sales metrics,” said Haryono.
