JD Logistics Secures Second Place Among World’s Strongest Logistics Brands
JD Logistics, also known as Jingdong Logistics or JDL, secured second place on the list of the top 10 strongest logistics brands worldwide, according to the Logistics 25 2024 report released by Brand Finance, an independent brand valuation consultancy.
Brand Finance’s analysis shows a 1% increase in JD Logistics’ brand value, now estimated at USD $3.5 billion. The company also upgraded its brand strength rating from AA+ to AAA, achieving an 85.2 out of 100 on the Brand Strength Index.
Currently, JD Logistics operates a logistics network of over 1,600 warehouses and 350,000 in-house delivery personnel. Its expansive service network spans China and extends globally, with around 90 bonded, direct mail, and overseas warehouses across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East. This network supports a diverse clientele, including notable companies like Hunkemöller, Biedronka, MW Logistics, and more.
Last December, JD Logistics expanded its global services by introducing an international express delivery service, now a trusted option for a wide range of items, from documents to apparel, to major destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany.
Continuously at the forefront of technological innovation, JD Logistics has enhanced its digital capabilities within the supply chain logistics sector by integrating cutting-edge technologies such as 5G, AI, and big data. These advancements have facilitated the development of intelligent solutions, including automated warehouses and autonomous delivery vehicles, thereby fostering a digitally agile operation of the supply chain open for collaboration with industrial partners.
